Returns and Exchanges Policy

European Union customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within a period of fourteen (14) business days, counted from the day after the product is received. When you return your order within this period, and provided there has been no error on our part, we will issue your refund using the procedure described below.

Full return

• Send the order to our address carriage paid: C/ Marina 127–131 Bajos, 08013 Barcelona, Spain. Items must arrive unused and in the same condition in which they were shipped, together with a copy of the order's delivery note or invoice.
• Once we receive the goods and confirm they are in proper condition, we will refund the amount of the items purchased.
• Shipping costs, return costs and any other charge or service related to the order, such as transfer taxes or other services, cannot be refunded.

Partial return

• Follow the same procedure and indicate on the delivery note or invoice which parts you are returning and whose amount should be refunded.
• Materials that have already been used cannot be returned.

Items can be exchanged provided the following requirements are met:

• Goods in perfect condition.
• Carriage at the customer's expense, both for the return and for the shipment of the replacement parts.
• The refund amount is offset against the cost of the replacement parts; only the difference, if any, is paid or charged.
• Once we confirm that the replacement product is available, the procedure is the same as described in the previous section.

All credits or refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, etc.). In the event of a refund, only the value of the goods is returned.
