Disc spring calculation program

The calculation program helps you configure disc spring stacks: it simulates force, deflection, fatigue and material selection.

The information it provides is theoretical and, on occasion, it may be necessary to take into account other factors of the application —such as friction— to correctly predict the behavior of the springs. Contact our technicians to corroborate the calculations.

Features of the calculation program

01 Force vs. Deflection graph for a single spring or a stack of springs.
02 Data table of the spring force as a function of displacement (absolute or as a percentage), and of the displacement for a given force.
03 Spring service life (fatigue) for a specific application.
04 Spring material selection, correcting the curve according to the material's modulus of elasticity.
05 Correction of the washer material's modulus of elasticity according to the working temperature, from −260 °C to 700 °C (for the materials that allow it).
