We work to get your material to you as soon as possible. Here you will find the available delivery times and shipping methods; if you need something different, contact us and we will find the best alternative.
Delivery times
If you need a delivery time shorter than the one offered on our website, do not hesitate to contact us so we can explore other options: we can offer delivery times of up to 12 hours. If the material is not in stock, we can arrange direct shipments from the factory with very short lead times. You can also ask us when any item will be available.

For products that are not in stock, or for quantities greater than those available for immediate delivery, please ask us: the material may be about to arrive and, if not, we will offer you the best alternative for your needs.
Shipping methods
When you make your purchase on the website, you are offered the shipping options best suited to your order, based on weight and destination, striking a balance between price and lead time. If you need a different shipping method —whether for timing or other reasons—, contact us to consider alternatives: we have experience with all kinds of shipments.
Collection in store
You send a carrier or someone from your organization to collect the material at our premises. Please confirm beforehand that the package is ready and the collection times. The material must be paid for before it is collected; it can also be paid for at the time of collection, but in that case payment must be made in cash (checks are not accepted).
Express
We ship your material through our carriers and charge the cost on your invoice. For weights above the limit, contact us and we will handle your request.

Standard
We ship your material through our carriers and charge the cost on your invoice. This shipping method is available for heavier shipments, within the range indicated by destination.

- Shipments between 15 and 40 kg depending on destination
We restock material every day and, if necessary, we make direct shipments from the factory. Tell us what you need and we will give you the best alternative.
