Standard irreversible
thermometers

The catalog range: models with the temperature points already defined, in stock and with no specific manufacturing. You choose by the number of thresholds you need to monitor.

What the standard models are

Standard irreversible thermometers are the catalog range: models with the temperature points already defined, in stock and with no specific manufacturing, as opposed to the models tied to a particular application (engine, dishwasher, antifreeze, cold) or those made to order. In international terminology, standard irreversible temperature indicator labels.

02

Available models

The standard range is organized primarily by the number of temperature points on each label.

Standard irreversible thermometer models by number of levels, supply format and when to choose each one.
ModelPointsSupplyWhen to choose it
1 level1Pack of 50 unitsA single critical threshold (exceeded, yes/no?)
3 levels3Pack of 10 unitsBasic monitoring with some margin
4-level micro4Pack of 10 unitsSame as 4 levels, on a small or curved surface
5 levels5Pack of 10 unitsProcess monitoring, medium resolution
5-level clock5 (circular)Pack of 10 unitsWhen the circular format fits better
6-level mini6Pack of 10 unitsGood resolution in a compact format
8 levels8 (°C/°F)Pack of 10 unitsProcess characterization; dual scale
10 levels10Pack of 10 unitsHighest resolution for the maximum temperature

If the catalog temperatures don't cover your need, custom points can be manufactured on request.

Quick rule

1–3 levels to verify a threshold; 8–10 to characterize a process. The micro and mini formats are chosen for space, not function.

Frequently asked questions

01 How many temperature levels do I need?

To confirm whether a single critical threshold has been exceeded, 1 to 3 levels are enough. To characterize a process and find out how high the temperature has gone, choose 8 or 10 levels, which step more thresholds across a single label. The micro and mini formats are chosen for available space, not for precision.

02 What is the difference between the standard model and a custom one?

The standard model comes from the catalog, with predefined points and in stock — faster and more economical. The custom version is manufactured on request when you need temperatures, sizes or a number of points not covered by the range. For most generic monitoring, the standard model is enough.
