8-level irreversible thermometers (pack 10 units)

When the temperature increases, the points change colour to black permanently, thus showing that the marked temperature has been reached. This change of the irreversible thermometer allows for non-assisted control because if a certain temperature has been reached or not can be checked afterwards. This temperature label can be removed at the end of the process and then, attached to quality control or production reports.

These temperature indicators are produced on adhesive paper, where each point is made of a heat-sensitive material and calibrated according to the temperature marked. Afterwards, it is coated with transparent polyester to protect it from water, vapour or oil. This allows the use of this indicator in places in contact with water or grease.Due to its flexibility, it can be stuck on curved surfaces.

Accuracy of these adhesive thermometers is ±1 ºC for temperatures up to 100ºC and ±1 % for temperatures above 100ºC.

These thermometers can be used in all types of industries, pharmaceutical and food sectors included. The 8-level indicators are used for temperature controls in which if a surface or a specific product has reached a specific temperature or not is registered.  

This temperature sensor is the most commonly used. The number of points, its size and the fact that it covers almost all the temperature spectrum with its five ranges make it be the most demanded thermal label.
