Coldchain Complete XS cold chain temperature indicator (pack of 100 units)

ColdChain Complete XS is a self-adhesive indicator for temperature control in the cold chain. It is economical and very useful for monitoring the temperature of fresh products. These are irreversible visual indicators that warn, by means of a color change, in the event of a deviation in temperature, both in the case of rising temperatures or decreasing temperatures. The temperature range has been meticulously studied to preserve the ideal temperature range of the cold chain.

ColdChain Complete XS has been designed in a self-adhesive label format, which allows it to be stuck near the perishable product to be controlled. Its size allows it to be used in small spaces.

This temperature label detects and alerts us of:

• Temperature drops below 2ºC (90 minutes)
• Temperature increases above 8ºC (8 hours)

The indicator undergoes a progressive, irreversible color change. This allows for a posteriori detection of whether exposure to temperatures outside the permitted range was temporary or sustained. For the temperature drop indicator (<2ºC), the complete color change occurs after 90 minutes. For the temperature rise indicator (>8ºC), the color change is complete after 8 hours of exposure to that temperature. In both cases, for times less than 10 seconds after full activation, we can detect a subtler but still visible change in the label.
